APN Outdoor partners with Twitter and The Australian Open to bring social to the streets

 

How we did it:
Using the hashtag #ausopenmoments, promoted through APN Outdoor’s network of digital billboards, tennis fans were invited to contribute to the conversation that was broadcast through the same network, being updated in real time with the newest and most relevant Tweets.

The feed of live Tweets will include chatter and score updates from official accounts such as @AustralianOpen, @Twitter as well as specific player accounts sharing their behind the scenes moments.


The results:

1.2M tweets using the #AusOpen hastag were shared around the world, reaching more than 5 billion people
